The company Principal, Genevieve Slattery (BTP (Hons), CPP, MPIA) graduated from University of NSW and has more than a decade of professional experience in the planning industry, within state and local government and the private sector. Prior to establishing the company, Genevieve worked as a Senior Urban Planner with a specialist planning consultancy for 9½ years, during which she gained extensive experience in all facets of town planning and management of the planning process.

Genevieve also has state government experience, having worked with the Olympic Co-ordination Authority and Sydney Olympic Park Authority. During her time with these agencies, she assisted with, and managed, various Development Applications for Olympic venues across Sydney.

  • DA for demolition of existing structures and construction of a new shoptop housing development containing 95 apartments over retail accommodation at Sans Souci
  • DA and Land and Environment Court representation in relation to a mixed use development containing 68 units and 8 shops at Dulwich Hill
  • DA and Land and Environment Court representation in relation to a multi-unit housing building containing 117 units at Randwick
  • DA for subdivision of a 2.81ha site into 5 lots and construction of a new Toyota showroom and workshop in Campbelltown
  • DA for a new tourist facility on a private island off Gladstone, QLD
  • Review of draft Great Lakes LEP and DCP for a resident action group
  • DA for numerous new childcare centres
  • DAs for new residential flat buildings at Maroubra, Coogee, Wolli Creek and Erskineville
  • Land and Environment representation in relation to a new multi-unit housing building containing 13 units at Maroubra Junction
  • DA for cafes and outdoor dining at Crows Nest, Kingsgrove, Earlwood and Glebe
  • DA for new student accommodation at Randwick and Kingsford
  • DAs for alterations and additions to existing dwelling houses in Marrickville, Randwick and South Coogee
